The outbreak of Mr. Fagradalsfjall in Iceland, which started back in 2020, was a quiet eruption, and visually appealing for tourists. At peak times, numerous tourists visited the site from across Europe, and social media were flooded with souvenir photos and videos shot against the backdrop of the active volcano. Holiday on Lava was filmed on the observation platform at Fagradalsfjall, capturing the eyes of tourists that gaze down at the lava streams.
